Hotel Issues

Please read as this is all very important.

1. The Marriott experienced unforced power outage that is affecting sleeping rooms.

2. If you booked in the room block, your reservation is being transferred to the Hilton Charlotte University Place. You will receive email confirmation shortly. This hotel is across the street from the Marriott.

3. If you are not in the room block, consider the Hilton Charlotte University Place for your accommodations because of its convenient location to both Marriott and EPRI.

4. The vendor fair will go on as scheduled at the Marriott, Wednesday, March 18 from 4-7pm.

5. Transportation will be provided to Marriott on Wednesday, March 18.

6. All transport to EPRI meeting space will leave from Hilton.
